Hot Water Supply
The hot water supply system is primarily utilized to prepare and distribute hot water in the brewing system. This includes but is not limited to, the soaking of malt, the mashing of grist, sparging, cleaning, and other related processes. Hot water is typically maintained at 82-85°C and mixed with brewing water to achieve the temperature required for the process. It also recovers hot water generated after heat exchange, such as from wort cooling and boiling steam condensation, which can achieve the purpose of water saving and energy storage.
