Key Features

  • Unique structural design: The boiler adopts a unique center backburning two-pass design and innovative symmetrical distribution of heat exchange smoke tubes. The uniform and stable heat exchange load provides a reliable steam-water circulation process on the working fluid side, contributing to enhanced safety and boiler reliability.
  • The corrugated furnace and the heat transfer-enhancing threaded smoke pipe not only enhance the turbulent transfer of heat from high-temperature flue gas, but also effectively absorb the thermal expansion and contraction of the furnace body, thus improving overall efficiency.
  • Larger furnace liner: complete combustion, no carbon deposits, high efficiency, and sufficient output while maintaining low nitrogen oxide emissions.
  • Heat transfer performance: The economizer and condenser utilize spiral fin tubes to enhance heat transfer, countercurrent arrangement, and overall heat transfer performance.
  • Corrosion resistance: The condenser is constructed from high-quality ND steel, which has excellent protection against condensation corrosion, significantly extends its operational lifespan.

Energy-saving

Larger furnace liner reduces the heat load of the furnace volume, NOx emissions < 30 mg/Nm³

The composition of natural gas is 99% methane (CH4) and contains a large amount of hydrogen (H)

The water vapor in the flue gas after combustion is condensed into wate to recover the latent heat of vaporization, and the recovery rate is about 5%.
