Configuration
Filling Section: The can-filling machine adopts the principle of normal-pressure filling. When the empty can enters the lifting can tray through the dial wheel, the filling valve and the empty can are aligned. The empty can then rises and seals, and the valve port of the filling valve is automatically opened. When the filling liquid level blocks the return air pipe of the valve, the filling stops. The filling barrel features an annular barrel structure, which reduces the weight of the filling barrel during the production process and ensures the stability of the can production equipment during rotation. Screw Cap Section: The filled cans are sent to the sealing machine head via a hook chain, and the lids are sent to the can mouths by the lid feeder and the pressure head. When the can supporting mechanism rises, the pressure head presses the can mouth tightly, and the sealing wheel pre-seals first and then seals. After the can is sealed, it is pushed out by the lid-pressing mechanism. The filled cans are sent to the sealing machine head via a hook chain, and the lids are sent to the can mouths by the lid feeder and the pressure head. When the can supporting mechanism rises, the pressure head presses the can mouth tightly, and the sealing wheel pre-seals first and then seals. After the can is sealed, it is pushed out by the capping mechanism.
