The refrigeration system is the origin cooling source for breweries, as it is the only source of refrigeration capacity. Brewery chillers typically utilize air- or water-cooled systems as the heat dissipation method. The refrigeration compressor can be either screw-type or piston-type, depending on the operational requirements.

  • Our high-efficiency oil separation system eliminates the need for lubricating oil after machine start up. It also features a standard oil temperature heater (for screw machines), an oil temperature controller (for screw machines), and an oil level switch (for screw machines) for worry-free operation.
  • Each unit comes equipped with PLC as standard, allowing it to automatically adjust the number of compressors in operation based on cooling demands. It helps balance the operating time of individual compressor while saving power loss. Furthermore, the unit’s enhanced efficiency extends its lifespan by over 30% compared to a individual unit.
  • The innovative low ambient condensation pressure constant adjustment system effectively eliminates the issue of insufficient liquid supply or oil flow alarm caused by low ambient temperatures, ensuring the stability of the system.
