Founded as a local microbrewery, Pivolabs Craft Brewery quickly gained recognition in Skopje and surrounding towns for its dedication to producing small-batch, high-quality beers. Challenges
As a young brewery, Pivolabs needed equipment that could:

- Scale production beyond their initial 100L capacity

Our Solution
Pivolabs partnered with Tiantai Brewing Equipment to upgrade their operations with a custom 500L system. Our team collaborated closely with their brewers to design a setup that strikes a balance between efficiency and scalability.

- Malt miller
- 500L two-vessel brewhouse + 10BBL hot water tank
- 2 × 5BBL fermentation unitanks
- 5BBL brite beer tanks
- Glycol cooling system
