Banrinoharu Brewery is a historic sake house, once known for its celebrated Banri-shun. After closing in the late 1970s, the site was reborn as a brewery and brewpub. To blend tradition with modern craft beer culture, Banrinoharu sought a high-quality brewing system that could deliver reliability, efficiency, and versatility.
